Acceptance & Eligibility

By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The User warrants being at least 18 years of age.

ABHA Creation Services

• Service Provision: The Website allows Users to generate an Ayushman Bharat Health
• Account (ABHA) via National Health Authority (NHA) gateways.
• User Consent: By initiating ABHA creation, the User grants explicit consent to the Company
• to process identity details (e.g., Aadhaar). The User warrants that the data belongs strictly to
• the User or an authorized individual.
• Data Privacy: Data is processed per the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. The
• Company does not store authentication credentials or biometrics.
• System Dependency: The Company is not liable for failures, downtime, or errors caused by
• government NHA registries or OTP systems.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

• Fees: The User agrees to pay specified fees for subscription-based software or services.
• Cancellation: Active subscriptions may be cancelled via official support channels, requiring a
• strict 2-month prior notice.
• Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate SLA.
• Modifications: The Company may modify services or pricing at its sole discretion, with prior
• notice to active subscribers where applicable.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will include an attempted 30-day notice. Continued Website use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Website Access & Obligations

The Company grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal use. The Company is not liable for Website unavailability.

The User agrees to:

• Avoid damaging or overloading the Website.
• Refrain from attempting unauthorized system access.
• Provide accurate data.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Indemnification & Termination

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TecForz Innovation Pvt Ltd from claims or damages arising from User access or breach of these Terms. The Company may terminate or suspend User access immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal actions or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala or India.
