the joint venture formerly known as Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare from 2000 to 2018.
Her deep understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, healthcare quality, and operational
excellence ensures that Tecforz technology solutions are designed around the real needs of clinicians and
hospitals. She plays a key role in aligning Careforz and Claimforz with practical healthcare delivery,
helping bridge the gap between technology innovation and day-to-day hospital operations.

Jiji Mathew is the founder and CEO of Tecforz Innovations, leading the company's vision to build AI-powered healthcare intelligence infrastructure for hospitals, insurers, and healthcare ecosystems. With over three decades of experience in healthcare diagnostics, hospital operations, and healthcare technology, he has led the development of innovative platforms spanning clinical intelligence, healthcare interoperability, and health insurance automation.

Dr. Augustus Joseph serves as Senior Clinical Advisor to Tecforz, providing strategic guidance on clinical
governance, hospital transformation, and healthcare innovation. With extensive experience in patient care
and hospital leadership, he advises the company on developing clinically relevant digital health solutions
that improve quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Working closely with the leadership team, Dr. Augustus contributes to the clinical design and validation of
Tecforz healthcare platforms, ensuring that emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,
interoperability, and clinical decision support are implemented in ways that are practical, evidence-informed,
and aligned with the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
His guidance strengthens Tecforz mission of building intelligent healthcare infrastructure that delivers
measurable value to hospitals, insurers, clinicians, and patients.

Dr. (Capt.) Madhusudan R brings extensive leadership experience in health insurance administration,
hospital onboarding, and strategic healthcare transformation. He advises Tecforz on Insurance governance,
institutional partnerships, and enterprise healthcare strategy, ensuring that the company's solutions align
with the operational realities of healthcare organisations and support sustainable digital transformation.
Before joining Tecforz, Dr. Madhu served as Vice President of the Claims Cycle Division at Star Health Insurance, from which he retired in November 2025.

Dr. Sameer Satpute provides strategic leadership in healthcare payer-provider ecosystems, insurance
operations, and clinical workflow optimisation. His deep understanding of healthcare financing,
reimbursement processes, and hospital operations helps ensure that Tecforz's products address real-world
challenges faced by hospitals and insurers while improving efficiency and financial outcomes. Prior Join

Ratheesh Balan leads Tecforz technology strategy and product engineering. He is responsible for the
